If you receive a package that is damaged or has missing or broken content, please contact your local USPS office. You will need pictures of the damaged package, broken items or empty space (if anything is missing). You need to file a claim in a matter of 48 hours after delivery of the package. You can check with your tracking number if and when the package was delivered. If there are any problems, please contact ellen@scentsationalsparks.com
